Why “Containers” ? Because design is merely a matter of content. A collection of meanings and details culminating in the end product.
This exhibition therefore presents a large number of artisan designer artists who are close not only geographically but also mentally, people who share the same approach to design based on individual freedom of expression, on research and undertaking experiments with methods and materials, at the same time traditional and innovative, on creativity portrayed in the form of the tangibility and unexpected of a non-mechanical, anti-conformist style, frequently resulting in the creation of traditional artisan crafts of new design …artfully crafted.
